This cult festival has become a symbol of Rijeka over the years. It is one of the oldest Croatian festivals and is held in high regard by performers, attendees and music institutions. Its goal is to promote alternative rock styles.

The festival enables the development of rock culture through support, consultation and the provision of a platform for performing music, while also allowing up-and-coming bands to collaborate with renowned musicians.
