Combining tradition and innovation, the DUBoak Maritime Heritage Interpretation Center presents the second annual Dubašnica Gastronomy event on September 14th in Malinska. Inspired by the 1996 text, "Gastronomy of the Sinful Friar Karl from Dubašnica" by Dr. Branko Fučić, this culinary experience celebrates the legacy of the infamous friar.
Acclaimed chef Marin Pleše, named "Young Talent of the Year 2024" by Gault&Millau will reinterpret classic Dubašnica dishes using contemporary techniques.
