The Vodičajna Equestrian Club with about 20 horses and 40 active club members is located only 15 kilometers from the Rijeka, within the Municipality of Jelenje, close to the local primary school. More than half of the horses are Arabian full-blooded horses, and the club also has warm-blooded, haflinger and half-blooded horses.

- The Linčetovo Equestrian Club operates in the Grobnik area as well. Two beautiful and tame horses are used by the club for riding lessons and there are also three ponies.

Horse-back riding will get you in touch with horses and nature and represents a type of active vacation and efficient therapy. Persons without any riding experience, those in need of recreational and therapeutic riding or those who love to ride trained horses can enjoy a riding experience in the safety of the maintained sand-covered riding arena of 40 x 20 m in size.
You can also take an excursion on the back of a horse, thus experiencing the Grobnik area and its surroundings in a unique way: the source of the Rječina River and the upper current with an old mill, the old town of Grobnik with a Frankopan tower, the forest paths leading to mountaineer lodges on Hahlić and Platak, numerous summits and glades as well as the diverse plant and animal life.
