the champion of the slow food movement in Croatia, and
the boutique hotel bearing the same name situated within
the medieval walls of the charming town of Kastav. An
avantgarde style and soundness of mind of owner Nenad
Kukurin, the fifth generation descendant of the family
of restaurant owners and an award-winning sommelier,
are reflected in the creative combination of dishes and
selected wines.
