IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN:

- to disturb and upset protected animals in their natural habitat and free development (picking-up and damaging plants, putting to flight, catching, holding, killing animals, etc.)
- to light fires outside the fenced hearths,
- smoking in mountain lodgings and in the mountains.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

- take a map and a compass along
- do not walk alone and never during the night
- before departing, gather information at the information points «info puntk» in each locality to learn about the path’s length and level of difficulty
- take water along and – especially when using longer paths - high - energy foodstuffs, too
- do not deviate from the marked tracks
- never go to the mountain without UV rays protection sunglasses

Groups of excursionists can contact the Mountain Rescue Service (Gorska služba spašavanja) and arrange the services of a professional guide in the mountains, duty hours and safety protection on montain and other gatherings.
