A Baška wedding offers a folkloric expression of the popular customs of a wedding organized in Baška for the first time back in 1972, and the last time in 2010 as well. The Baška wedding experience includes all of the ancient customs such as the proposal, preparations for the wedding, a blessing from the parents, the wedding ceremony itself and the celebratory banquet.
