Events calendar

In 2014 Carnival will be almost two months long – the carnival period is set from January 17 until March 5. The opening event, as always, is Rijeka Carnival Queen Pageant and Handover of the Town Key as a beginning of masked madness. What follows is the most colorful and cheerful period in a year of this region, ending with Children's Carnival Parade on February 22 and the Grand Finale - International Carnival Parade on March 2.
