Events calendar

We would like to share with you our program for September 2014 (September 2-27) at Astronomical Centre Rijeka.

Usual program:
a) Films:
- Kaluoka'hina- The Enchanted Reef; on Tuesdays at 6 pm;
- Realm of Light*, film for tourists; on Wednesdays at 7,30 pm;
- Planets in Sight; on Thursdays at 7,30 pm;
- Touching the Edge of the Universe; on Fridays at 9 pm;
- Two Small Pieces of Glass; on Saturdays at 7,30 pm. 

b) Interactive (live) presentations
- The 10 best constellations; on Wednesdays at 6 pm;
- A guide to the night sky – summer/autumn**; on Fridays at 7,30 pm;
- Matinee for the youngest: Safari through the Solar System***; on Saturdays at 11 am. 

Observatory: on Saturdays at 9 pm (depends on the weather).

*program for tourists ends on September 10th
**A guide to the night sky-autumn starts on the September 23
***Matinee for the youngest starts on the September 13

Special program:
On September 16, due to International Day for the Preservation of the Ozone Layer, instead of usual prjection of the movie Kaluoka'hina - The Enchanted Reef, it will be shown an animated show fractals Here and now by Emil Vargović.
On September 20 at 10 am, due to Science-fiction month, it will be shown science-fiction film Vibrato.

Organized groups (schools, kindergartens, tourists, etc.) - by appointment (films, interactive (live) presentations, observatory).
Regular program is in Croatian.

ADMISSION TO THE PLANETARIUM:
Adults – 20 kn;-
Children*/Students/Seniors – 10 kn;
(*ages 6+).

ADMISSION TO THE OBSERVATORY: 10 kn.
