Events calendar

In addition to the specified festivals and concerts, classical music performances and exhibitions, the programme (which is still being supplemented) brings about twenty drama performances for children, the Children’s Festival Toboggan, film screenings at the summer Art Cinema, the inauguration of permanent sculptures within the artistic and tourist route Lungomare Art, and events in about ten villages, the so-called 27 neighbourhoods, in the territory of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County. The programmes from September onwards bring even bigger stories owing to the opening of infrastructure facilities, the Civic Museum and the Children’s House, which are under construction in the former Rikard Benčić factory, a future cultural quarter.
