Events calendar

17 January, i.e. the day of St. Anthony, traditionally marks the beginning of the "fifth season" in Rijeka, but due to the bad epidemiological situation in the country, this year the Rijeka Carnival unfortunately cannot be held in its usual form.

So its main events, the International Carnival Parade and the Children's Carnival Parade, are being postponed and will take place in the summer, as soon as the epidemiological situation allows.
