12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Easter frittata in Vela Padela (Big Dish)
Gastro show and distribution of asparagus frittata with a special program,
in front of the Bag Inn
In addition to the scent of the sea, morning in the center of Baška will smell of a delicious frittata made with local asparagus and eggs, which will be prepared in a large dish. Cheerful company, open-air cuisine, and enjoying the spring sun with a glass of Vrbnička žlahtina wine are the recipe for a relaxed and pleasant weekend and the celebration of Easter.
1 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Workshop "Scents of the Golden Island of Krk"
Wreath and bouquet making workshop
The workshop "Scents of the Golden Island of Krk" will introduce you to seven castles on the island of Krk, through medicinal herbs and fruits that grow on the island. In cooperation with the Association "Knezovi Krčki Frankopani" we will guide you and teach you how to make beautiful bouquets and wreaths from seasonal flowers and plants.
Sunday, April 17th, Easter
10:30 a.m. - Easter Holy Mass
Distribution of Easter sweet bread after the solemn Holy Mass, at the parish church of the Holy Trinity
7 p.m. - Four Centuries of Spiritual Music
Easter concert of Olga and Bojan Šober, accompanied by Nada Matošević Orešković on piano, parish church of the Holy Trinity
The celebration will begin with a morning mass at the Church of the Holy Trinity in Baška. Immediately after, the younger section of the CA "Šoto", dressed in traditional Baška costumes, will distribute Easter sweet bread to all present, as an Easter gift from the Tourist Board of Baška. Gathering in the church will continue in the evening with a lovely concert, thus creating an ideal atmosphere for the end of the day spent in communion and the celebration of Easter.
