Lopar
The golden sand is the most remarkable signature of Lopar since it is present on 22 of the sandy beaches surrounding the town. Every June the biggest of them, Paradise Beach, becomes an open-air atelier for young artists who are building original sand sculptures for a whole week, during Sand Sculptures Festival.
