Advent Trail "Tri kastafska vrha"

On Saturday, December 17th 2022, the first edition of the Advent trail "Tri kastafska vrha" is held in Kastav. Two trails have been prepared: 21 km - longer and more demanding with total of 600 meters of elevation and 12 km - shorter and easier one with total of 300 meters of elevation.
For the most part, both trails passes through forgotten hiking trails and paths of the Loza and Lužina forests in the hinterland of Kastav.
During the trail, runners pass by three Kastav`s peaks: Majevi (411 meters), Stanić (465 meters) and Mačkov (507 meters). Although not particularly high, the ascent to the top of Stanić, Majevi and Mačkov will test every runner to see how good a climber he is. But also their dexterity in running down.
