St. Martin’s Day or the Feast of Saint Martin is a croatian holiday celebrated on November 11th -  according to an old traditional Croatian custom, this is the day that mošt (grape must) turns into wine. This Croatian holiday has been cherished since the 17th century.

In Vinodol, grape-wine has been grown ever since the ancient times, when it was brought here by the Romans. Since then until the 20th century, Vinodol is filled with grape-wine.
