Chef Marin Pleše will lead the culinary programme using recipes from Branko Fučić’s book. At several stations with inscriptions inspired by dishes from the book (Bakalaj na glagoljaški način, Panada za bratju i težaki, Pastirski kunpir i fažol, Jen lipi rižot, Mostirska maneštra), the dishes will be finished on the spot with additions from higher gastronomy such as flavored oils and spices.
Join us on this gastronomic journey into the past made possible by the curiosity and imagination of Dr. Branko Fučić.
PROGRAMME:
The square in front of the DUBoak Interpretation Center
noon - 10 p.m. - Local Krk product fair
at 5 p.m. - cooking show with tasting of dishes and local wine/beer
5 p.m. - 10 p.m. - Music programme
PRICE: 15,00 € per person
The price includes a tasting of 4 dishes by Chef Marin Pleša, a glass of wine or beer, a booklet with dish descriptions, and a wooden glass.
