The "Jazz na njivah" Festival is a growing event that has blossomed into a multi-day festival since its inception in 2021. This year marks the fourth edition of the festival, following the inaugural concerts by the Ružić brothers (Vedran and Zvjezdan) and subsequent performances by the esteemed Matija Dedić trio and Dina Ivelje quartet.

What truly sets this event apart is its unique location: the village of Zvoneća, nestled behind Opatija and Matulja. Here, amidst centuries-old, meticulously maintained fields ("njiva") and vineyards, lie rows of "prezidi" (traditional dry-stone walls) and "lehi" (elevated cultivation beds) still worked by locals today.
