19th Fig Days in the City of Krk

From September 04 to 07, the Town of Krk once again becomes the center of a celebration dedicated to one of the Mediterranean’s most treasured fruits – the fig! Organized by the Tourist Board of the Town of Krk, the 19th edition of Fig Days brings together lovers of gastronomy, tradition, creativity, and cultural heritage.

🍽️ For ten days, many local restaurants will offer special menus inspired by figs, while the final weekend from September 04 to 07 will feature a rich program of creative workshops, expert lectures, a fair of fig-based products, and evening musical performances.

🎨 Highlights include creative workshops for children and adults, the Art&Wine program, a professional lecture on fig cultivation by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Željko Prgomet, as well as concerts by klapa Rašketa and klapa Tramuntana. At the same time, Veli Park and the town’s streets will come alive with exhibitions, handicrafts, and a wide selection of gastronomic delights.
