Rijeka and the Rijeka Ring are turning into a culinary stage of unforgettable experiences! In the unique ambience of Trsat Castle, the event “Mosaic of Flavours and Experiences” brings together producers, restaurateurs, tourist boards, hoteliers, and all lovers of good food and tradition.

🍷 Exhibition and sales of authentic products and dishes (4:00 – 9:00 pm)
🥘 Presentation of local food stories “How our dishes are created” (5:00 – 6:00 pm)
👨‍🍳 Gastro panel: “Gastro identity of the region – from tradition to brand” (6:30 – 7:15 pm)
❓ Interactive gastro quiz with prizes (7:30 – 8:00 pm)
🎶 Music programme & audience stories hosted by Neno Pavinčić (8:00 – 9:00 pm)
