🎭 TranziT #6 – European Festival of Contemporary Theatre Practices

The TranziT #6 festival once again brings a rich and diverse program that will fill Rijeka with theatre, dance, music, and creativity. From September 16 to November 23, audiences can enjoy powerful original performances by Croatian and international artists, research labs, workshops, and an evening of dance films in collaboration with the renowned Choreoscope Festival from Barcelona.

This year’s edition explores current and thought-provoking themes – from war memory and the position of women in Europe to the weapons industry, creative resistance, and questions of home and belonging.

🎟️ The program includes:

• the moving performance “Letters from Chiran” by Japanese author Tomoya Kawamura
• the visual spectacle “To Arms / Alle Armi” by the Italian group Hombre Collettivo
• the dance performance “Nowhere Like Here” by Swedish choreographer Francesco Scavetta
• numerous workshops and research labs for all lovers of theatre and performance art

TranziT #6 once again gathers creators who use theatre as a space for dialogue, freedom, and artistic expression.
