🍯 14th National Conference on the Safety and Quality of Bee Products – “Traceability in Practice”

This year, the town of Kastav will once again host the 14th National Conference on the Safety and Quality of Bee Products, a traditional professional gathering that brings together producers, scientists, and experts from the field of beekeeping.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Traceability in Practice”, focusing on the clear responsibility of all stakeholders in food production and the importance of traceability of bee products, especially in light of the new European Honey Directive.

🎓 Participants will have the opportunity to hear from renowned domestic and international experts, who will discuss the main challenges and opportunities related to ensuring quality and transparency in the beekeeping industry.

Registration will take place on-site, on the day of the Conference, by signing the attendance list.
