The exhibition “Gradina Klobučac near Malinska” by Jasna Ujčić Grudenić will be opened in Malinska, organized by the Maritime and History Museum of the Croatian Littoral Rijeka and the Interpretation Centre of Maritime Heritage Malinska – Dubašnica.
The exhibition offers a fascinating insight into the results of archaeological research of the prehistoric hillfort Klobučac, located on the western coast of the island of Krk, southwest of Malinska.
Finds of ceramic fragments and other archaeological material reveal a rich history of settlement of this site between 1800 and 800 BC, testifying to a thousand years of continuity.
