Selce once again celebrates its patron saint, St. Catherine of Alexandria!
From 22 to 25 November, the town comes alive with a festive atmosphere and a rich programme featuring cultural, entertainment, sports and religious events. Visitors can enjoy musical performances, a children’s fishing competition, the traditional bocce tournament, cooking events, mass, performances by local groups and plenty of good fun on the square.

Sunday, 23 November
• 9:00 Mići Cup of St. Catherine – fishing competition for children
• 9:00 traditional bocce tournament with a performance by the Selce Brass Band (Matkino Sports Centre)
• 12:00 cabbage roll cooking competition with DJ Stiv (Harmica)
• 18:00 performance by the mixed choir of KUD Neven Selce and Jose Butorac (Church of St. Catherine)
• 18:00 26th Pensioners’ Ball (Hotel Katarina Selce)

Monday, 24 November
• 18:00 Selce Library – A Memory That Lives – 25 years without the first Selce librarian, Vilim Lončarić
             • participants: Edita Jeličić Krpan, Ana Lončarić Kostrenčić, Marijan Mavrić
             • performance by the mixed choir of KUD Neven Selce (old school building)

Tuesday, 25 November - ⚠️ cancellation of outdoor program
• 10:30 concelebrated Holy Mass – led by Rev. Don Đulijano Trdić (Church of St. Catherine)
• 11:30 performance by pupils of Zvonko Cara Elementary School – Selce branch, children of Radost Kindergarten – Selce group, Selce Majorettes and the Selce Chakavian Kids (Harmica)
