Mošćenička Draga once again brings a rich and diverse Advent programme for all generations. From late November until early January, visitors can enjoy creative workshops, musical events, family activities and traditional holiday customs. Advent opens on 30 November with the “Magical Advent” and the lighting of the first Advent candle. Throughout December, the programme includes children’s workshops, sweet Christmas baking workshops, visits from Santa Claus, a mytho-historical tour to Trebišće and the major Rock-Blues Event.
On Christmas Eve, the tradition continues with a gathering over codfish on the terrace of Hotel Mediteran, while the New Year in Mošćenička Draga is celebrated — as always — at noon, with the mayor’s toast. Advent festivities conclude on 3 January with a festive Christmas–New Year concert at the Church of St. Andrew the Apostle in Mošćenice.
