🌸 Women’s Weekend 2026

Women’s Weekend is an educational festival held in March that brings together women from various industries and social spheres with the aim of strengthening solidarity, networking, and improving the overall social status of women.

The fourth edition of the festival once again gathers leading women from the worlds of business, politics, gastronomy, sports, media and culture, as well as prominent male allies, creating a space for exchanging experiences, opening important social discussions and fostering collaboration.

Through inspiring lectures, panel discussions and interactive workshops, Women’s Weekend addresses key topics such as gender equality in society, leadership, financial independence, women’s health, the future of business, and balancing different life roles – career, motherhood and personal time.

Women’s Weekend is more than a festival – it is a space of support, sharing and empowerment, and a reminder to find time for ourselves in the midst of a busy everyday life, while jointly building a more equal society.

During International Women’s Day, Rijeka will once again become a centre of dialogue, inspiration and positive change.
