The small coastal town of Selce once again opens its heart and reveals the beauty of its cultural and historical heritage! (Sr)etno Selce brings the perfect blend of traditional customs, local eco-products, gastronomic delicacies, and excellent music for all generations. Come and experience the unique tradition of threshing straw (mlaća slame) and feel the authentic spirit of old Selce.
🛍️ PERMANENT PROGRAM (Friday and Saturday | 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
📍 Center and Polača: Music & entertainment program and open-air food & drink offer.
📍 Promenade: Fair of traditional and eco products.
📍 Old School Selce (Center): Exhibition of old objects and handicrafts "Through the Old Selce Window".
📍 Harmica (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM): Children's program, creative workshops, and animation.
📍 Harbor (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM): Rides in a traditional wooden boat (guc).
📍 Štirna (8:00 PM – 11:00 PM): Exhibition of old photographs of Selce.
📍 Polača (from 7:00 PM): Presentation of traditional bocce bowling.
✨ Presentations of traditional skills: Old-style net knitting, washing clothes the old-fashioned way at the "perilo" water source, sewing on an antique sewing machine, traditional pasta making, and weaving laurel wreaths.

🕒 6:00 PM | Preparation of brudet in cauldrons – association competition in the town center.
🕒 6:00 PM | Children's workshop "Guardians of Selce's Treasure" at Štirna.
🕒 7:00 PM | Performance by KUD Vatroslav Lisinski
🕒 7:30 PM | Performance by Klapa Nevera
🕒 9:00 PM | Grand Concert: TRIO MARINERO
🎶 Throughout the evening, you will also be entertained by: Trio Crikvenica, Trio Rikverc, and Klapa Sveta Jelena.
🌾 SATURDAY, June 6
🕒 6:30 PM | Performance by the Selce Brass Band
🕒 7:00 PM | Workshop "Artistic Restoration of Memories" (collage and old postcards of Selce) at Štirna.
🕒 7:00 PM | Performance by the authentic folklore group Remete
🕒 7:30 PM | Festive parade of participants in traditional folk costumes.
🕒 8:00 PM | Threshing of straw (Mlaća slame) and the Selce folk dance (Selačko kolo) – the traditional custom Selce is famous for worldwide.
🕒 9:00 PM | Performance by the choir of KUD Neven
🕒 9:30 PM | Grand Concert: KLAPA KAMPANEL
🎶 Throughout the evening, you will also be entertained by: KUD Dr. Antun Barac, Trio Mirakul, Remete Group, and Klapa Sv. Jelena.
