One of Rijeka's most recognizable summer festivals, Summer at Gradina (Ljeto na Gradini), celebrates its milestone 21st edition with the most spectacular and diverse program yet! Over three full months, the unique historical setting of Trsat Castle and Nugent Park will become the hub for premium concerts, theatrical plays, themed parties, and rich content for children. Part of the program will be available with ticket purchases, while admission to several events will be completely free for all visitors.
🎶 MUSIC PROGRAM & CONCERTS:
The festival kicks off on June 12 with the Rijeka Summer Fest, featuring Darko Rundek & Ekipa (with the arrival of the original Haustor lineup), Natali Dizdar, Porto Morto, and Grapevine Babies.
Throughout the summer, some of the biggest names from the local and regional music scene will take the stage:
• Tomislav Bralić & Klapa Intrade, Daleka obala, Adi Šoše & AL Music Band
• Tony Cetinski, Josipa Lisac, Vanna, Dalmatino, Damir Kedžo, Let 3, Neno Belan
• Vesna Pisarović, Buč Kesidi, Marko Škugor, Klapa Rišpet
• July 23: Električni orgazam
• September 12: Amy Winehouse Band (Festival Closing)
We will also enjoy popular themed music nights: Sunset Castle, Milde Sorte Party, Disco Revival, and LP Rock.
🎭 CULTURAL PROGRAM & PLAYS:
Summer at Gradina also brings excellent theatrical and artistic content:
• June 29: Theatrical play "Vojni rok"
• Monodramas: "Sve je do nas" and "Da sam ja neko"
• The traditional summer art and fine arts program Pul Kaštela, along with numerous exhibitions.
