An exclusive dinner under the stars: 5 top Chefs and 5 courses paired with Deklić wines
Following the completely sold-out April edition in Zagreb, Hilton's unique culinary project is moving to the Adriatic coast. The stunning rooftop of the Keight Hotel Opatija will become the epicentre of the fine dining scene, hosting an exclusive dinner that blends tradition, luxury, and a relaxed summer vibe overlooking the Kvarner Gulf.
The "5 Hilton Hotels, 5 Chefs, 1 Dinner" concept features a custom menu where each course bears the signature touch of one of the leading culinary names from the Hilton Group in Croatia:
• Miroslav Janjić (Host, Chef of Pierrot Restaurant, Keight Hotel Opatija) – winner of prestigious global awards, renowned for his surgical precision and plate aesthetics.
• Ivan Ivanek (Chef of Oxbo Restaurant, DoubleTree by Hilton Zagreb) – a master with a strong passion for fire and bold, expressive flavors.
• Andrej Ivanšić (Chef of Terra Restaurant, Hotel Preko) – a "farm-to-table" pioneer utilizing fresh ingredients grown in the hotel garden.
• Karlo Bukovski (Chef of Canopy by Hilton Restaurant) – an energetic creator known for his urban approach and modern local classics.
• Zoran Osmokrović (Sous Chef, Hilton Garden Inn) – a culinary veteran recognized for technically and visually flawless dishes.
To perfect the experience, an expert food & wine pairing will accompany each course with carefully selected labels from the renowned Deklić Winery from the heart of Istria.
