This is 2nd Year that Lošinj`s Rotary Club is organizing "Winter in the Theatre" a valuable cultural event, with humanitarian character. Every Friday evening, throught February and March, is reserved for theatre.

The carnival madness traditionally starts with the handover of town keys. This year, the carnival will end on Tuesday, March 04, with a carnival parade and the Testament read to the crowd in the local dialect, presenting all important events marking the past year in a humorous way and from the perspective of an ordinary man.

Regatta for Optimist at the Čikat Cove.

The flower fair that takes place on the main town square in Mali lošinj.

Čikat was once uncultivated and barren place, until Haračić founded the Society for embellishment and forestation of Mali Lošinj in 1886. After that, first pine trees were planted on Čikat, meaning that they are over 120 years old today.

The Lošinj Cuisine Festival takes place for the seventh year in a row, with the aim of promoting gastronomic offer, original and autochthonous island cuisine, based on flora and fauna of the Island of Lošinj.

This year, Ustrine will host the International Squid Festival for the fifth year in a row. The participants will start their hunt in the afternoon from Cape Županj to Cape Ustrine, after which the official weighing will take place. The day will end with a traditional folk fest.

International Festival of Meh started five years ago with the aim to present the musical history of the islands of Cres and Lošinj. The musicians from Italy, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Germany, Scotland, and many parts of Croatia will perform in a unique and authentic effort to present the vision of their homelands.

Tourism office of Mali Lošinj commenced its activities on 28 March 1887 when its members awaited and accompanied the Crown Prince of Austria to the top of Osoršćica. On this occasion, a 4.5 km trail from Nerezine to Televrina was created.
